Charbonneau Dorm is where the students of Charbonneau House convene and sleep. it has its own secret passage to the Secret Passage built by Moïse Charbonneau and Marcellinus Maximinus located somewhere in the hall. The tunnels, the hall and dormitories radiate with the undead essence of Moïse Charbonneau.
